The Leadership for Change Prize, in partnership with Rolex, helps students build the skills and confidence to tackle global challenges, guided by expert judges and leading thinkers.

Past projects have created real impact globally, from improving access to healthcare and education for women and girls to supporting sustainable local initiatives.

In 2025, over 120 projects from schools in 14 countries were submitted. Three winning teams received funding and mentorship to bring their projects to life.
