The Global Conversation is nearly here!

The countdown has begun to the Global Conversation!

Students and experts from across the world will engage with each other about how countries can “build back greener” after the coronavirus pandemic.

Between April 19th and May 30th 2021, this unique programme gives students the opportunity to explore a current news story with a truly international perspective.

Teachers receive everything they need to deliver six one-hour lessons: lesson plans, activity resources, multimedia content and support.

The lessons explore one topic in the news in depth and focus on discussion (in English) about its key concepts, questions and debates.

Between lessons, students are invited to discuss their learning and share their opinions and experiences with young people and experts from around the world on our moderated online platform.

At the end of the project, students will produce a final piece of work and have the chance to feature in the Global Conversation highlights magazine. Read last year’s magazine here.
